Fees

Every Subscriber has the right to get a Free Trial. Free Trial is Free Access that You get to the website for 30 (thirty) days since the date of registration.

Each Subscriber shall pay the fee in the following month based on the selected subscription package at the time of registration.

Katadata is not responsible for exchange rates that charged by the Payment Gateway to Subscribers.

For payment by transfer, Katadata shall verify the proof of transfer on working days (Monday to Friday) during operational hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

All payments are non-refundable. Termination or cancellation before the end of the subscription period will not refund the remaining subscription fee, including the minimum commitment, which has been charged to your account.

You certify that you are the authorized user of the credit card when you share its information to Katadata.

Any fees charge related with payment, for example, to verify the validity of your credit card, is your responsibility.

Each Subscriber who makes direct payment using Credit Card, agrees and reaffirms that Katadata is authorized to charge subscription fees on the credit card (auto-charge).

You agree to notify Katadata about any changes in your credit card account, including expiration date, no later than 3 (three) business days or your account will be canceled.

You agree to provide a valid payment method and information that is accurate, complete, and up-to-date in the subscription registration form. Failure to comply with these conditions can result in immediate termination of the applicable Services.

Katadata has the right to change the available payment methods from time to time in its sole discretion.

Katadata can get preliminary approval from the payment methods. Based on your subscription terms, billing to your payment method can occur in one of the following examples: (i) at the beginning of your subscription period, (ii) at the end of the trial period, (iii) at the time of the subscription renewal.

If you purchase a subscription with automatic renewal, you agree that Katadata shall charge the payment method on the first day of each billing period.

If a billing attempt fails, then you acknowledge and allow Katadata to continue trying to charge you until it works.

In case the billing attempt failed more than 1x24 hours after receiving a notification about the billing failure, then you agree that Katadata has the right to revoke your access to the subscription service until you pay or renew your payment method. If you fail to renew your payment method within 60 (sixty) days since the payment date, your subscription will be canceled.

Each package and payment type will be taxed according to the applicable taxation provisions in Indonesia.
