Sjamsul Nursalim Sues BPK Audit Results on BLBI

Sjamsul Nursalim, owner of the now-defunct Bank Dagang Nasional Indonesia (BDNI), is suing the audit results from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK). The lawsuit filed with the Tangerang District Court (PN) seeks the court to decide on the results of the BPK audit - which stated there were state losses in the issuance of certificate of settlement (SKL) to Sjamsul - as unlawful, legally flawed, and has no binding legal force.
