PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk General Manager Rudy Subrata, as quoted by Kontan on Wednesday (7/31), said the acquisition of new land is difficult because land prices are high.

According to him, people already understood very well the price of their land. If large companies want to buy the land, they will face tough negotiations because the owners set a high price. PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk had experienced this problem. Therefore, industrial estate companies expect government intervention to make the land acquisition process more accessible.
