MYOR Secures US$ 2.5 Million Sales Contract to Russia

Summary

PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR) has secured a sales contract to Russia worth US$ 2.5 million next year. The MoU was in the form of an agreement to buy coffee biscuits and candies. In the first half of 2019, export sales contributed 42.58 percent of total sales, while recording a growth of 5.77 percent year on year (YoY).

In addition to developing the ASEAN market, Mayora Indah President Director Andre Sukendra Atmadja said the company is also focusing on expanding to Russian and Eastern European markets. Besides through well-known products such as Torabika Cappucino, the market expansion runs through digital campaigns. “The Russian market provides opportunities for MYOR to expand into the Eastern European market,” he said recently.
