Fees Incentives for Pertamina

Summary

The government lowered the fees for businesses engaging in fuel provision and distribution or trading, ranging from aviation gasoline, aviation turbine, gasoline, gas oil kerosene, diesel oil, and fuel oil. This policy is regulated through Government Regulation No. 48/2019, which took effect from September 8, 2019.

For fuel sales with a volume of up to 25 million kiloliters (kl) per year, the government cut the fees from 0.3 percent to 0.25 percent of the selling price. As for costs from fuel sales with 25 million-50 million kl in volumes was reduced from 0.2 percent to 0.17 percent, while sales 50 million kl were slashed to 0.075 percent from 0.1 percent.
