The government’s projection of economic growth is understandably low. It has only set a 5.3 percent economic growth projection in the 2020 state budget plan (RAPBN).

In his financial note speech explaining the state budget plan during the House of Representatives’ plenary session on Friday (8/16), President Joko Widodo stated that the consumptions and investments would remain the backbone of the economic growth.
