  • The government will offer to the public the paid access for oil and gas data, covering the seismic survey and well data which have been managed by the contractor of the previous cooperation contract and have been returned to the government. 
  • In the last 20 years, the data was managed by PT Patra Nusa Data, a subsidiary of PT Elnusa Tbk, a company whose shares are mostly owned by PT Pertamina (Persero). Since 2018, the government has handed over data management to Pertamina as recommended by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to be managed by the government or SOEs. 
  • The mandate received by Pertamina from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources was re-contracted to Pusat Nusa Data. The cooperation was established until July 2020.
