ASRI Revises 2019 Marketing Sales Outlook
PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk revised this year's marketing sales target following sluggish property conditions. Alam Sutera Realty President Director Joseph Sanusi Tjong said the ASRI stock-coded company's marketing sales target in 2019 decreased to Rp 4 trillion or Rp 300 billion lower than last year's achievements. “This year is very challenging indeed,” he said at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Building in Jakarta, Tuesday (8/20).
In the first half of 2019, the company only pocketed revenue worth Rp 1.28 trillion, down 41.5 percent YoY. Land and house sales contributed the most to the revenue, reaching 74 percent or approximately Rp 944.1 billion. Meanwhile, the rest were from recurring income, mainly provided by Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK).
