SIDO to Relocate Pharmaceutical Plant

PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO) plans to relocate a pharmaceutical plant owned by its subsidiary PT Berlico Mulia Farma to an industrial area in Klaten, Central Java. This step aims to increase production capacity for pharmaceutical products as demand increases.

Berlico Mulia Farma’s pharmaceutical plant stood on an area of 9,000 square meters in Sleman, Yogyakarta. Its production capacity has almost reached 90 percent, which produces more than 80 types of ethical products, supplements, drugs, etc. In the public disclosure of the company's performance on Tuesday (8/21), SIDO Finance Director Leonard said the company wanted to continue to grow, so it needed more land for the Berlico Mulia Farma’s pharmaceutical plant.
