Oyo Rooms Ramps up Expansion in Indonesia

PT OYO Rooms Indonesia is ramping up their expansion, reaching across 85 cities and 850 hotels throughout Indonesia in the first half of 2019. Until the end of the year, the India-based hotel manager start-up plans to extend their reach to 100 cities.

Greater Jakarta area still has the highest occupancy rate by 70 percent, OYO Indonesia's Hub Head Veronica Sicily told Kontan. Additionally, the number of rooms already reached 5,500, the highest among other regions. At present, OYO manages approximately 23,000 rooms in Indonesia.
