State-owned housing developer Perum Perumnas is aggressively expanding by ‘leveling up’ from a developer for housing to high-class housing provider.

Perumnas plans to build 150 housing projects this year, both vertical housing and landed houses. For vertical housing, which includes apartments and condominiums, Perumnas has several portfolios such as Lalu Mahata Margonda in Depok, Parayasa Serpong and Mahata Serpong in South Tangerang, Bandar Kemayoran and Alonia Kemayoran in Central Jakarta, and Grand Sentraland in Karawang. Most of the projects are in the premium region.
