PT Bukit Asam Tbk is venturing to new business through one of its sub-holdings, PT Bukit Multi. The sub-holding is the latest diversification effort from the state-owned enterprise to the property sector. The company will delegate PT Bukit Bukit Multi Properti, one of PT Bukit Multi ‘s sub-holding, to the real estate and construction sectors albeit only in the greater Jakarta area.

Bukit Multi Properti will handle the construction of residences, offices, factories, mall, hospitals, schools, hotels, recreational and sports facilities, and many others. The company will also handle the prefabrication construction for skyscrapers.
