ELSA to Acquire Another LPG Depot

Summary

PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA) continues to develop the energy distribution and logistics segment, including through inorganic strategies. After spending up to Rp 200 billion to acquire Amurang liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) depot in South Minahasa, North Sulawesi, the ELSA stock-coded company plans to acquire and revitalize another facility.

Elnusa is also in talks with PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) Tbk for a build-operate-transfer (BOT) partnership opportunity. Currently, ELSA is building a fuel storage tank in East Halmahera, North Maluku, with the completion target late this year. The facility is to support Antam's smelter operations in East Halmahera.
