DFAM Keeps Expanding Hotel Chains
One of PT Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk business lines, Dafam Hotel Management (DHM), is considering to build hotels in the new capital as a part of the company’s plan to develop hotel chain throughout Indonesia, DHM Corporate Public Relations & Sales Manager Ninik Haryanti said in a statement.
The DHM hotel network targets all segments from millennials, business travelers, and leisure travelers. However, the composition varies in each region, with the most significant portion to leisure travelers so far. DHM plans to build four new hotels this year in Wonosobo, Bali, Karimun Jawa, and Jakarta. The DFAM stock-coded company allocates investment ranging from Rp 60 billion to Rp 70 billion for a 3-star hotel with a capacity of 100 rooms.
