AMRT Eyes 500 New Outlets to Open this Year

PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk is expanding by opening new outlets. The company’s Finance Director and Corporate Secretary Tomin Widian it had opened 165 new stores in the first semester of 2019 and would still opening additional stores in the second half. The AMRT stock-coded company targeted 500 new stores to open this year. By the end of 2018, AMRT already had 13,679 operating stores.

"We allocate CapEx [capital expenditure] approximately Rp 2 trillion in 2019, in which we obtained from the company's internal cash and bank loans," he said as quoted by Bisnis Indonesia on Monday (9/9). AMRT also seeks same-store sales growth (SSSG) to reach five percent in 2019.
