Metland Builds Hotel in Kertajati

PT Metropolitan Land (Metland) Tbk, Wednesday (9/11), started a hotel construction project in the Majalengka, West Java. The investment value of the first phase is worth Rp 100 billion - Rp 110 billion. The hotel construction near the West Java International Airport in Kertajati is carried out through its subsidiary, PT Sumber Tata Lestari. It is a four-star hotel called Hotel Horison Ultima Kertajati, which is being built on an area of 10,890 square meters (m²).

Metland chose the location in Majalengka as it wanted to be a supporting facility for West Java International Airport. “We are the first private party to participate in the development of supporting facilities for the Airport City area,” Metland President Director Thomas Johannes Angfendy said. In addition to tourists, the company also targets to attract entrepreneurs, airline crews, and employees in the industrial area around the West Java International Airport.
