POLL Builds Hospitals in a Bid to Spur Recurring Income
PT Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk (POLL) is working with the Habibie Family to build a hospital and health services project with an investment of Rp 250 billion. According to the company's H1/2019 financial statement, the POLL stock-coded company and PT Ilthabi Rekatama in June 2017 established PT HabibiePo International Hospital with a total paid-in capital of Rp 100 million in equal portion.
POLL eyes to complete the project, which has 150 beds capacity, in the next three years. The hospital is expected to gain recurring income for the company. The investment, which reaches Rp 250 billion, also includes the construction of the three entities. PT HabibiePo Rumah Sakit International is holding three subsidiaries, namely PT Sentra Medika Inovasi with assets worth Rp 2.5 billion, as well as PT Habibiepo Sel Punca Laboratorium and PT Habibiepo Klinik Spesialis with each having Rp 100 million of assets. Pollux Properti Indonesia Director Lie Iwan Aliwayana said the entire project will be located in Batam as the company already has mega Meisterstadt Batam Center mega project.
