MTLA Ready to Release New Projects

PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA) plans new projects in the fourth quarter of 2019. Entering the second half of this year, the Metland developer sees the growth of the residential property market in the upper-middle segment. Therefore, MTLA will launch Metland Menteng, which is a joint operation (KSO) with Keppel Land, and a new cluster called Auckland in Metland Transyogi in October.

From January to August this year, MTLA has pocketed marketing sales of Rp 1.26 trillion. Of this amount, Rp 1.13 trillion was an achievement during the first semester. Lower-middle segment projects, such as Metland Cileungsi and Metland Cibitung, are the main pillars. By launching new projects and continuing sales of old projects, MTLA targets marketing sales of Rp 2.2 trillion by the end of the year.
