Thousands of university students on Monday (9/23) joined demonstrations in several cities across Indonesia, protesting controversial revision of several bills that had been and would be passed by the House of Representatives (DPR). They mainly opposed the change of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Law, in addition to the revision bill of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP), the Manpower Act, Water Resources Law, Land Law, and others.
