PT Astra Internasional Tbk (ASII) has not revealed the plan to divest the shares of PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI). This plan has been rolling since February. Astra International Director Suparno Jasmin was reluctant to comment on the progress of the divestment plan. “I can't comment on that matter,” he said, Friday (9/20).

On the same occasion, Bank Permata President Director Ridha D.M. Wirakusumah said the acquisition is entirely up to the shareholders’ decision. Meanwhile, he will focus on improving company performance.
