DILD Keeps Marketing Sales Target Unchanged
PT Intiland Development Tbk Capital Management and Investment Director Archied Noto Pradono unveiled the company’s flagship projects to pursue marketing sales targets until late 2019. "Those are ready-stock projects this year," Archied said, as quoted by Kontan, Monday (9/23).
Archied said the company is still optimistic about pursuing a marketing sales target of Rp 2.5 trillion, though it had only reached 30 percent of the goal by September. In the rest of the year, the DILD stock-coded company would focus on selling new and existing projects, as well as selling non-core and mature assets. According to him, the DILD-owned projects are benefited from the Jakarta mass-rapid transit (MRT).
