Telkomsel Controls 85%-90% of Corporate Market Share in Kalimantan

Telkomsel claims to have controlled 85-90 percent of the corporate market share in Kalimantan thanks to their network coverage. The company also mentioned that it has cooperated with 4,239 enterprise players. In East Kalimantan, about 1,000 companies are working together. Most of the cooperation is about connectivity.

Until now, Telkomsel has been working with PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN), a company engaged in coal mining, in utilizing an Internet of Things (IoT) solution called Fleetsight. Fleetsight is an IoT solution in the form of a sensor. This sensor is installed in BYAN's fleet and can track the condition and position of the fleet.
