BTN Offers 5% Interest Rates for Housing Loans

PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BTN) becomes the first bank to offer low credit interest rates after Bank Indonesia (BI) cut its benchmark interest rate. In partnership with PT Agung Podomoro Land and PT Waskita Karya Realty, the state-owned bank offers housing loans (KPR) and apartment ownership loans (KPA). It consists of a five percent fixed rate for two years for the Agung Podomoro KPR/KPA program and a five percent rate for one year for the Waskita Realty housing/apartment loans.

Among projects owned by Agung Podomoro Land are Podomoro Park Bandung, Podomoro Golf View, Grand Taruma, and Vimala Hills. Meanwhile, projects offered by Waskita Realty include Vasaka Solterra, Vasaka Nines, and Vasaka The Reiz Condo. Through this partnership, BTN is confident to reach KPR/KPA lending of Rp 1 trillion per month.
