PTPP Signs Semarang-Demak Toll Road Concession Agreement

Summary

State-owned contractor PT PP signed a concession agreement (PPJT) for Semarang - Demak toll road at Public Works and Human Settlements Ministry Auditorium in Jakarta, September 24, 2019. The toll road, which is integrated with the sea dike, has an investment value of Rp 15 trillion and is expected to start operating in 2022.

Meanwhile, the PTPP stock-coded company had signed the Joint Venture Agreement (PUP) and the Deed of Establishment of the PT Pembangunan Perumahan Semarang-Demak on August 7, 2019, and is expected to start the 27-kilometer toll road project as soon as possible.
