Summary

Four State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) took part in the rescue of PT Asuransi Jiwasraya. They act as shareholders of Jiwasraya Putra, a newly formed subsidiary of Jiwasraya. The four SOEs are PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BTN), PT Pegadaian, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI), and PT Telekomunikasi Seluler (Telkomsel).

Jiwasraya still holds the largest ownership in Jiwasraya Putra with a portion of 64 percent, followed by BTN 20 percent, and Telkomsel 13 percent.
