The Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra) officially appointed Sufmi Dasco Ahmad as the candidate for Deputy Chairman of the People's Leadership Council (DPR). According to Gerindra Secretary-General Ahmad Muzani, Monday (30/9), Dasco was appointed because he served as Deputy Chairperson and one of the founders of Gerindra. In addition to appointing Dasco, Gerindra also appointed Muzani as a candidate for Deputy Chair of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR).
