SSIA to Own 2,000 Hectares of Land in Subang

PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) is acquiring more lands in Subang, West Java, as part of the plan to develop an industrial zone in the region. The developer of the industrial area has projected that the company needs to divide the land acquisition into three or four steps to realize all of the targets.

At the moment, SSIA has already owned around 1,100 ha of land in Subang and will add another 150 ha until the end of the year. In a public exposure on Monday (9/30), Surya Semesta Director The Jok Tung revealed that the company was ready to gradually kickstart the construction of an integrated industrial zone, named Subang City, and kept on expanding the land ownership at the same time.
