ERAA to Work on WI-FI Modem Rental Business

PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA) bought convertible bonds worth S$ 600,000 from DataPro Technologies Pte Ltd. The transaction, through its Singapore-based subsidiary Erajaya Holding Pte Ltd, took place on September 30, 2019. This corporate action is a form of investment from the retail trading company of integrated cellular telecommunications equipment.

“The purchase of DataPro Technologies Pte Ltd’s convertible bonds will have an impact on Erajaya Group’s business development of MI-FI [mini WI-FI] rental services in Singapore and Indonesia,” Erajaya Swasembada Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary Amelia Allen said in a public disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Tuesday (10/1). Up to June 30, 2019, ERAA owned a 100 percent stake in Erajaya Holding that had assets of Rp 1.13 billion before the elimination.
