Will Bank Artos Become Gojek Bank?

Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday (7/10) announced that PT Bank Artos Tbk stock was suspended again after being suspended last week. Bank Artos' stock keeps flying after Jerry Ng and Patrick Walujo acquired about 51 percent. The new owners plan to transform Bank Artos into a digital bank.

There is also a rumor in the market, saying that Jerry Ng and Patrick Walujo will join exclusive partnerships with Gojek in payment transactions. Thus, Bank Artos will probably become Gojek Bank (GoBank). Patrick Walujo is one of the early investors in Gojek through NSI Ventures, a subsidiary of Northstar Group.
